If you then search these dates on HOTWIRE you'll see a 4* hotel in this zone without the fitness icon... so i would say a good guess that the Fitness icon has been removed and that the hotel you're seeing is indeed the St James, but no report of this hotel yet without the Fitness icon so can't say if this is the case until somebody reports it as such.
